We received our pre-approval today, which is record time.  It normally takes 2-3 weeks, and it has only been 1 since we received our referral and completed the necessary paperwork within 72 hours.  What the pre-approval means is that the China Centre of Adoption Affairs received the paperwork we completed last week requesting this little girl be our daughter, and they have approved us and transferred our file over to the expedited special needs department.  Finally something is moving quickly for us!

It's amazing how much this little girl whom we have never met already feels like a part of our family.  I find myself thinking of her multiple times throughout the day and evening and praying for her.  I wonder what she is doing at those moments when I am thinking of her.  She can't come home soon enough!
