Praises:

Our well inspection passed.  Yea!  We're relieved about that - didn't need any hassle of chlorinating the well.

Did alright selling bracelets at the Hartville Flea Market - brought in $400 that day, and enjoyed some great company and beautiful sunshine without a drop of rain.

All of our reference letters have been mailed in, so we should be able to proceed with our homestudy as soon as next week.  We should be hearing from our social worker any time now.  This is getting exciting!

Dossier paperwork is coming together nicely.  There will be some documents that require months of waiting, but everything we can complete on our end is in good shape.

We met with Dr. Kempf at the Oak Adoptive Clinic at Akron Children's Hospital, and she helped us complete our special needs checklist.  She was very kind and down-to-earth.  We felt very comfortable working with her and comfortable that our child will receive excellent care when she comes home.  What a relief to have that medical checklist done!

Prayer requests:

Money, money, money!  When our dossier is completed, we will need to send in a check just shy of $7,000 with all of the paperwork.  We're nowhere near that goal right now, so we need lots of prayer that God will provide.  I'm looking into the possibility of some craft shows where I can sell more of our bracelets, so we're hopeful that will work out for us.
